Welcome to my thesis blog! Before diving into the chapters, I want to provide some context about this work.
This thesis, titled “Social Network: Professional Hub,” was initially written in 2011 as part of my graduation project in Software Engineering. At that time, social networking platforms were rapidly growing, and there was significant interest in understanding how online networks could support professional connections and career development. Platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Twitter were shaping the way individuals connected, shared information, and built communities.
The goal of this thesis was to design and develop a custom social networking platform focused on professional engagement, providing features to help users connect, collaborate, and explore opportunities in a secure and organized environment. While social networks have evolved significantly since 2011, the ideas and methodologies explored in this project remain relevant for understanding the foundations of professional networking platforms.
Through this blog, I am sharing the full thesis, chapter by chapter, to make it accessible for students, researchers, and anyone interested in social networking systems. Each post will present the content in a structured, readable format, with explanations, features, and analysis originally developed for the project.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope this work provides useful insights into social networks and professional platforms.
